I eat boring food my regular diet for breakfast and lunch is a 16oz can of bush's reduced sodium pinto beans with no sugar and 350 calories and a 10.75oz can of Campbell's chicken vegetable soup that has 7.5g of sugar in it and 200 calories and a jimmy dean fully cooked pork sausage patty 1/2g of sugar and 140 calories and about
1oz. of shelled unsalted roasted peanuts that have less than 1g. of sugar and 160 calories. and for dinner I have a marie callender's country fried chicken and gravy dinned it has 6g of sugar and 560 calories. I do believe that the sugar builds up in your body over time then it give me problem and then it takes time to get all that build up down before I get better but if I stay on a low sugar diet then I have no problems so for but time will tell. I don't eat table sugar just the sugar that is in the food. fruit and vegetable don't give me much calories that I need to keep a good body weight.
