Feeling very sick after infliximab

Ive just had my 4 week infliximab infusion on friday and feel soooo sick ,, the thought of food turns my stomach , and even worse when i think about taking my tablets .....
I have felt like im on the brink of throwing up since a couple of hours after leaving the clinic , is this normal as i never felt like this last time ???

I’d call you GI. You could use an antihistamine if you think that you’re having an allergic reaction to Remicade. Some GIs prescribe antihistamines prior to the infusion

I had a antihistamine infusion before they started the infliximab infusion ???? Just feel so nauseas constantly ????

Sure you haven't caught the flu? Contact your doctor as it also could be an infusion reaction. In the mean time, take antihistamine now if you have any benadryl or claritin.

No i dont feel like i have any flu symptoms , i just feel sick ive never felt like this before , ever ??

you can ask for nausea med. the web says it is a common side effect.

Do you have a blockage? Are you able to go to the bathroom? When I get a blockage then I get similar symptoms to yours

Everything is fine with bm , just cant shake the feeling , my stomach is very bubbly and noisey at times thats the only difference , or change i notice ....
Its like being on that edge where you know your going to be sick ,but it never happens ? even having a sip of water makes me heave ?

Spoke with the hospital and i have to go in tomorrow for blood tests ???

How's your body temperature, are you running a bit hot?

It's possible to get a Serum Sickness from IV injections like remicade. Not sure if that's what you have but one possibility, they'd do blood and/or urine tests to confirm: https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/000820.htm

Had full obs done today from the gp - temp , sugar levels , blood pressure , etc and all were bang on so im a bit lost as to why it is happening ??? So i spoke with the gi at the hospital and they want blood tests tomorrow i dont know what ones but we will see ...
