Chart that maps which prebiotics feed which microbiome friendly strains

There are some microbiome tests, like Viome, that give food recommendations as part of their microbiome test, but is there any additional resources (websites, documents, etc.) out there that specifies which type of prebiotic feeds with specific microbiome species? For example, I read somewhere that the prebiotic Inulin feeds the straing Lactobacillus rhamnosus, etc.

Your best bet is to do research on one species at a time and find an in vivo study in humans and find the prebiotic from their sample pool that had the best results. I would just confirm the one you select with two or three studies if available. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there are no comprehensive charts or lists since this is still a relatively new area of research.

I'm not sure how friendly vs. unfriendly would be identified, but I'm far from an expert. A friendly strain can become unfriendly in higher than normal numbers or if it goes where it doesn't belong.
