With that much watery D, the main concern for the moment is to stay hydrated. Sip on water or gatorade or pedialyte or soup broth. Eat conservatively with bland foods (brat diet).
It very well could be viral, in which case it should clear up on its own in a day or two. If it continues beyond that, see a doctor for stool tests to see if there's a bacterial infection.
If your heavy water D continues and you get dehydrated (dry skin, skin 'tenting,' dry eyes, dry mouth, feeling weak/faint), you might need to go to urgent care and get a saline IV for fluids.
