Entyvio Update and Next Steps

Dropping some of the supplements may have had delayed ill effects. Changing diet to eat whatever may have had slow/delayed negative effect.

I think it may have been better to be clear all benefit of Entyvio was in place and stable before making any other changes, and then making only one change every 8 weeks or so.

I think it’s great that you had a response so soon! Don’t worry too much yet about backsliding. Are you using Uceris now? You might try some mesalamine enemas or suppositories or Uceris foam. Entyvio can take a while to build up. Have you finished your loading doses and are now in your first 8 week interval? That is the hardest! Ask for some butt meds to tide you over to next infusion! IMHO an initial response is good news that it may work for you! I think it’s too soon to say you’re failing it. Just speaking from my experience.

Sorry it is not panning out for you so soon. I got almost 2 years out of it. I cancelled my Enytvio appointment last month and had to work 7 days a week for june and july and under stressful circumstances, then on top of that I was sued for a million bucks and collecting, organizing, indexing the evidence to help the litigators understand has been challenging. I created a color timeline 3-feet long and sent it to printshop on way to meet the litigator.

So between the two it has been extremely stressful and I saw blood which completely freaked me out. But I resisted the temptation to resume Entyvio. I looked at the non-stop consumption of sucralose in energy drink powders etc and made sense. I have an incredible lemon drop sleep powder with phenibut and GABA that is amazing but it seemed to really exacerbate the issue.

I found that once backsliding, pounding down the pectin pills was not really the best way to go. Unless every drink you consume is warm/hot the capsules probably have a hard time breaking down. Deep research led me to a paper that mentioned a 'blend' so I made Pysllium seed the main ingredient about 4 big scoops, then 3 big scoops of apple pectin and 1 scoop of psyllium husk, ground to powder type husk. I did the shake-n-bake and started adding some, not enough to kill the taste but some into C-4 Pre-Workout and same to wicked creatine blend ( Mesomorph ) that helps cognitively too and my night time sleep powder Somatomax the best tasting lemon drop even and kept my new protein powder that tastes so good I just eat it dry, a lot too. I consume WAY too much of this stuff.

All that stuff is loaded with sucralose but a small scoop into my drinks turned it all around, at first 10 perfect shaped bm's per day, then I lowered the ground husk and I now normally go 3-4 and no blood and all organized , perfect replica of the shape of my intestines - oh I throw Majo wheat grass powder in 1-2 times per day which wrecks the taste of just about anything but is really worth it. I am sure these sucralose products I consume all day and I have workdays that go 15 hours, are probably acidic while wheat grass powder is alkaline.

All I know is I did not have to go back on Entyvio, I love the new food and was able to drop plant proteins which taste awful but gut loves them. I still make batches of pectin pills and p-seed pills for being mobile and it is best to consume 30 mins prior to a meals in warm drink so they can deploy but no waiting required when you pour the pectin straight into everything your drinking, even a little and preserving the flavor is all it takes.

I also toss pectin/pseed mix into kratom I do not use the sedating types I ONLY use the one for cognition and I boil that stuff for 60 seconds first, then when half is left in goes the pectin-pseed mix and I gulp that down but usually load up 4-5 pectin pills before I boil so that it works out great. Borneo White, when caffeine failed at 13 hour mark today I took that and had renewed mental focus and recall and productivity.

Too soon to give up on Entyvio. Get it doubled and see what happens.

Even in a remission, my stools vary a lot in consistency, bm-to-bm, and day-to-day. My doctor and I are happy with any variety of solid. On the Bristol stool chart, I vary between 4's, 5's, and 6's.

If you want more consistency and more firmness then add metamucil or another psyllium-based fiber supplement daily to your diet.
