Nearly all foods that occur in nature are beneficial in some way. Artificial and processed foods are the killers and DNA mutators.

Agreed with most of his recommendations until I saw him saying chicken and cheese is good for you. Highly recommend reading the book Proteinaholic if you're interested in how diet affects our health.
