Xolair boosting Entyvio?

Is it possible that Xolair shots boost the auto immune suppression of Entyvio?

I was diagnosed October 2012 with Pancolitis. I’ve broken out, swelled up or gotten pseudo lupus from everything we’ve tried.
I started Entyvio last January. So it’s been about a year. I was already looking like I had leprosy with my eyes swelled shut half the time, so they didn’t blame the Entyvio.
They decided it is Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria with Idiopathic Angioedema.
So I’m probably not actually allergic to anything. They told me to take Zyrtec and Benadryl in higher dosages. (Which pretty much works and I’m beginning to tolerate, sleep less and don’t feel as drunk all the time.)

10 days ago I got the first Xolair shots.
2 days later I started feeling way better! Less pain. Way less waves of nausea and sweats. Way fewer bowel movements. And this is the second day in a row that it is not liquid.

Anyone else have any experience with Xolair? Possible?
Or is it that the Entyvio is just finally working?

I was wondering if anyone else was on both and noticed improvement.

The doctor specializes in autoimmune, allergies and asthma.
I am given the drug as part of a drug trial.

Something to do with mast cells, a type of white blood cell that has something to do with allergic reactions with no trigger, idiopathic.
“Mast cell autoimmune triggering leads to local edema (swelling), warmth, redness, and the attraction of other inflammatory cells to the site of release. It also depolarizes nerve endings (leading to itching and pain).”

The study is for patients with mast cells that do not function properly and are hyperresponsive.

This was the first loading dose and it hasn’t done a thing for the hives.

But I think maybe it boosted the Entivio, because after a year things have definitely improved!
