However, my online pharmacy cost estimator can't find either infliximab or vedolizumab! Do they go by other names?

You have to get both of those from a specialty pharmacy so not sure the insurance online calculator will give you a price (mine never has). Sometimes insurance requires these to be billed through major medical instead of separate prescription drug plans.

My Remicade is billed from the hospital (for 4x what GoodRx says the cost would be!). Insurance pays for everything because the first infusion of the year maxes out my deductibles and out of pocket limits. Co-pay assistance takes care of what insurance doesn't pay (deductibles & oop) except for $5

Entyvio at first I bought through the specialty pharmacy and arranged to have it sent to the infusion center. Co pay assistance paid for all but $5 for the med, but I had to pay the full cost of the infusion (usually around $250). After my company changed insurance, it all went through major medical so all I paid was $5 like I do on Remicade.

Excellent. Just got the Jansenn CarePath Remicade Savings Program card the other day, just in case I need it.
