Wow, what a whirlwind you've been through! I am so happy you're through the worst and on your way to healing. Do you have a nurse coming to work with you for the first few changes? If you have any questions, let me know. smile

Hi NSSG and CCinPA. I have had 2 nurse visits this week and have an ostomy nurse coming tomorrow. They have been extremely helpful and very compassionate. So far all is going well. Feeling a bit better everyday. I am not sleeping very well but hopefully that will get better as I taper off the steroids. Thanks for the support, I truly appreciate it. It's been quite the year and I am looking forward to finally being healthy. Hope you are all well! Take care!
