Hey guys any suggestions for severe abdominal pain? I am flaring and this pain is just unbearable!!

Pancreatitis comes to mind.

If you read my thread right above yours you can tell I went to the ER for this. Maybe you should get checked out.

I guess it depends on what is causing the pain.

Does it feel like cramping? If so, maybe antispasmodics, e.g. Bentyl aka dicyclomine, might help.

Could be diverticulitis, and totally different treatment.

Got to talk to your gastroenterologist.
