Is anyone on here part of this trial that is in Phase 3?
My GI said that, after I taper down from my pred, if my symptoms recur, he could add me to the trial.

That does sound promising. I like that it's a pill. Sounds like it's in the same class as Xeljanz.

Hi, Yes I am on this trial. Have been for 2 and a half years. I am doing really well on it. Been in remission the whole time. Although getting off the Pred was a bit of a rollercoaster. but fine now.

How often do they need to scope you in order to remain in the trial? Colonoscopies or FlexSigs? That's my primary concern, as I seem to enter a flare with each scope.

Every 12 months, so I have had 3 on the trial already. I hate that part. And its always a full colonoscopy that is recorded and sent to the Trial sponsors.
