started xeljanz

so i failed remicade and entivio in this way i received on this wednesday my first 2 box of xeljanz. on last week i received my entivio insusio it has a little effect on me.

i take 4 mg medrol / day + xeljanz 20 mg .

1. day with xeljanz: it was very big effect.before this day i had 10 - 12 bm/day, on thr first dax i had only 2 -3 but not solid bm. i was a little diziness, but i really felt the "good feeling of xeljanz" i saw that it is working. i had only 1 bm in the night
2. day yesterday was very stressfull, lot of work and so on. i dont know if it it has any effect for me and my uc but xesterday i had 3-4 bm. and the night i had 2 bm till next morning. diziness almost comlettely has gone away.
3. day will come today. we see.. i hope it will work...i think entivio little effect stil on but it will go away in the next weeks ( i received every 4 week).

i very very hope xeljanz will work

yes it is early response. but first day was much better than 3rd day.
it seems that the effect of xeljanz is decreasing.
anybody had similar experience?
3rd day i have more bm.
always i had the same with other biologys the effect gone away.

It took until the 7th week when i was confident xeljanz was working for me. However I stopped having evening bowel movements (which were mostly mucus) by the 4th day. Still had pain and urgency and 7+ BMs in the morning. I started to feel less pain by week 5. Bowel movements decreased slowly after that. Took 4 months to reach a full remission.

dear xeljanz users could write some sentences whed did you noticed your first improwment after taking first pill of xeljanz? and how many bm did you have before the start of the xeljanz?
this is the begining of 5th day since i am on xeljanz this is not too vig changing...maybe the blood decreased almost zero but bm frekvency is the same

I was very sick 6 months ago prior to using Xeljanz. I had 6 bloody BM's a day with ridiculous urgency. I was on remi at the time. Within a week I was feeling better and now after 3 years of in and out of flairs and in full remission.

on the 5th day i had the more, half solid bm. frekvency is the same and i have terrible nights...

Maybe trying a diet with less fiber might help with your frequency.

probably i will cancel xeljanz...i have maximum 2 more chance...stellara and fmt...stellara is not too effective in colitis but i will try it probably...and maybe i try fecal transplant ... and eventually the surgery..

thank you...today i received the blood test result and my crp is 5.8 but i have 7 /8 bm per day which are liquid...i asked my doctor why i have so much bm per day if ihave low crp value. she said me that i have long time ago chronic inflamination therefore my bovel is very poor and week and healthy.
my question is how can heal my bovel how can i build up?
i eat glutamin and glucosamin anybody know other supplement which help to be my bovel more healthy?
