Hi guys
Before attempting the antibiotic my GI wants me to try for the gas I am experiencing I would like to give digestive enzymes a chance. Has anyone had any luck with it? and which one?

Try it but keep in mind it will take a couple days to take full effect. And it's kinda hit and miss

Lactase for dairy products.

My GI recommended Enzymedica Digest Spectrum for everything else.

Avoiding FODMAP foods can also help with gas.
