Probiotic recommendations

Hi I would like some probiotic recommendations. Currently taking visbiome prescription strength but doesn’t do much. Anyone get results from probiotics? Thanks

A friend with UC told me drinking Lifeway Kefir with probiotics got him to remission.

Didn't do much for me, though. It's cheaper than Visbiome or VSL#3, so probably worth trying.

I used to take VSL but now I take the CVS brand probiotic. Works fine for me.

Florastor has been working great for me. Was drinking 8oz of Keifer daily but never really enjoyed the taste of buttermilk. I think most any probiotic with LIVE bacteria is good. Yogurt is also good and does taste ok. Good luck

I have been taking MultiStrain 11 and Multistrain 50 by Cyto- Matrix for 7 plus years and it works well!

Sarah...what do you mean it doesn't do much, and what are your expectations?

I'm using Ultimate Friendly Flora (gotta love that name) 25 billion CFU caps, manufactured by All-Solar. Works well for me for the past 3 years.
