Just got out of a 4 day hospital stay :(

After 7 great years, I am flairing again I don’t think Remicade is working anymore and I am back on the dreaded prednisone. What is next after Remicade? I hope I will be able to have another 7 years of no symptoms again!!

Sorry to read this! Two things to talk to your dr about, get your levels checked to see if you have developed antibodies to Remicade. Also, if you are getting 5kg every 8 weeks, you can be bumped up to 10kg. I have crohns, 10kg every 4 weeks was my magic bullet. So, don't throw in the towel yet on Remicade. Depending on the severity of this flare, keep in mind even with biologics they are not 100% flare proof, dang it.

I’m so sorry to hear you’re not feeling good. I hope you find the right meds soon. I am flaring as well and have been for a few months. It’s so frustrating but you are not alone.
