Oral Pentasa Overdose?

Hi all,

I accidentally took 3g of Pentasa twice today 5 hours apart and I usually only take it once.

Anyone else done that? Should I seek help?

You'll be fine. I've done similar.
Some doctors even use ultra high doses to treat flares although it's not too common.

The most I've ever taken in a day is 12.8 grams, no issues. That's 4.8 grams oral and two of the 4.0 gram enemas per doctors orders. An overdose is pretty difficult with the pill sizes we take, it'd take an awful lot of them.
