change of meds Entyvio or Tofa Citinib

I just spoke to my GI on the phone and we discussed changing my meds. I have been on Remicade, Azathioprine and Allopurinol for 7 years. I have been having symptoms creeping up since September 1999, this summer I was hospitalized after eating something bad and all my UC symptoms came back and I couldn't get it back under control. I did a round of Pred and I still had some symptoms even on that. Even though my symptoms have reduced I still have blood an mucus. We tried upping my Remicade but that hasn't really worked either. The GI said it is time to change my meds. I am going for a partial colonoscopy very soon and then I have to make a decision. My options are Entyvio which I have heard alot about or Tofa Citinib which I have never heard about because it is pretty new. She said Entyvio takes a while to work and Tofa Citinib works fast. Is anyone on Tofa Citinib?

I just started Entyvio, and have done 3 loading doses in 6 weeks. I was already in a pretty good remission, but everything has improved, except now I have a lot of constipation. Most days it feels like I am completely normal, like I don't have U.C. at all.
No side effects so far.
The only shocking thing is the cost. Mayo billed my insurance company $27,000 just for one single dose of Entyvio, and another $500 for the infusion! The three loading doses add up to $81,000. On what planet is that reasonable?
