Not in a flare

I am on mezzavant since my colonoscopy , for about 4 months. I believe I am in remission as I do not see blood and my bowels are mostly in control. Although before the colonoscopy I wasn’t going to the toilet so often but was having loose stools and blood. I have lots of body aches in the legs , back snd many other places. My question is do you guys get uncommon symptoms of the disease in remission like body pains or is this something else?

Body aches can have a bazillion causes, and not necessarily autoimmune. Is it in the muscles or the joints? I am prone to lower back pain which can refer into my legs due to a squashed disc in my spine which has nothing to do with UC and is likely an injury from my dancing history. Electrolyte deficiencies can also cause muscle cramps.
