This combo of miralax and benefiber is helping my morning pain and the running to the bathroom back and forth. My doc only suggested miralax for my huge bloated stomach, so I began searching and reading on other forums. It was an IBS forum that I read about
combining the two. I take a tablespoon of each and add to cup of coffee in am, drink lots of water throughout the day and at night I take one Tylenol 650mg (8 hr arthritis) at bedtime and the pain is not so bad in the AM.
Also, I stay away from gluten, sugar and dairy. It helps.
Thought I would share as most of you know I’ve tried everything, almost anyway.

Thanks for sharing!
I started Meta Mucil last week, if it’s not enough I will try adding meralax.
