Rethinking your breakfast options would likely improve your situation. Several common drinks such as colas can irritate the bladder, too. Great point.. but the coffee is also what makes the morning BM happen. No way I can leave the house until I've emptied out the colon.
Guess I'm stuck with the overactive bladder then?
