Losartan 25mg / possible side effects

I started taking Losartan 25mg five days ago (so far I've taken five 25mg pills). Yesterday I started to feel some abdominal sensitivity (not quite pain) and a general feeling of not being as well as usual. Unfortunately I am far from home and can only consult my doctor by email or phone. The mild discomfort is lower left side abdominal area. I can't think what else the cause could be so I'll stop taking Losartan and contact the doctor. Any thoughts?

I didn't see gastro issues as a side effect. Possible you are starting a flare?

I see that this post has been put in a colitis thread. Colitis is not something I had even thought of. The only symptoms I can see are 1) the discomfort, not really pain but a somewhat uncomfortable feeling on the left what I think is below the rib. 2) less frequent bowel movements. I guess Losartan is not the issue.
