You can make your own with kefir or oat/almond milk or yogurt, sunflower nut butter and banana and it blueberry or the fruit/veg of your choice. Add in collagen powder for more protein and or potato starch for resistant starch.
Thanks FlowersGal but I’m looking for something premade. I travel a lot for work so I’d like to carry a powder or premade shake with me.
