There is a new drug that had a very good phase 2b result. I don’t know how to redirect on this site but it is called Abivax 464.
Small molecule that is different in reducing inflammation compared to other new drugs.
Good results for biologic non naive patients as well.

The phase 2b just came out 2 days ago. Really good results. You can find online the presentation. Sorry for not being able to find or know how to post the link.
