Started Humira, when can I stop the enemas?

I started Humira on the 14th of this month, 4 jabs of 40mg then it’s 2 more jabs on the 28th then 1 jab biweekly.

Im still in 200mg of Azathioprine daily.

Im also still doing nightly Salofalk 4g enemas.

My main symptom over the past year and half has been daily blood and so far I see an improvement after starting the biologic with no signs of blood.

My question is when do you think I can stop the enemas? I was thinking of tapering to every 2 days then 3 but Im not sure when to start.

Over the past year and a half, the rectal meds alone never managed to stop the symptoms, I feel confident in stopping them gradually but nervous because I want this biologic to work and for the doc to say I can remove the Azathioprine in July.

What do you reckon?

Sometimes I think I am getting stable but then I get a day where I feel a bit so so.

One of my main symptoms now is what appears to be an anal fissure just at the opening of the anus.

Every time I go, it burns like hell and I know theres a wound there because if I press some TP on it, there is a little blood, cut type blood.

Any recommendations for healing this asap?

In Spain, I emailed by GI and she suggested something called Proctoial which contains hyaluronic acid, tea tree and MSM
