Saw my GI on March 30th to review my medication as I didn't feel the Humira biosimilar I'm on was quite doing the job as I was still having intermittent minor flares ( my fecal calprotectin was 3000+ in December) despite being on the biologic for almost 2 years.
We decided to move me from bimonthly injection to weekly to see if that might improve things before moving to a different medication.
Since upping the frequency I've been feeling slightly dizzy and off balance especially if I bend down and then stand back up quickly.
I'm not sure if it's medication related, UC related or something completely different 🤔
Currently I'm having 1 or occasionally 2 bms, formed but thin and in bits with mild urgency.

Ms2011, dizziness is listed as a potential side effect for Humira. I never had this issue when I was on Humira, however, if I lean down & stand up too fast, I do get dizzy. Not long ago, I bent down to get something out of a cabinet, I came up too fast & had my husband not been standing beside me I would have hit the floor.

Another culprit is not being hydrated enough. I really have to make a concentrated effort to stay hydrated. I ended up in the hospital for a few days a couple of summers ago because I was dehydrated & that can dangerous.

If you have a patient portal perhaps send your dr a note or give him a call.

I don't think I'm dehydrated, but I will up the water just in case.
Didn't have any dizziness before on the fortnightly doses, maybe the weekly doses are too much.
I'm on the public system in Ireland so have nothing as efficient as a patient portal but I think I will give them a call if it doesn't resolve, I feel like I may be coming to the end of the line with this drug either way.

I had several dizziness and a nearly constant feeling like I was about to pass out when my GI upped Humira to weekly. It was one of the scariest things I've ever gone through. I stopped the Humira (it never worked for me anyway and my levels were good on the every other week dosage) and I went back to normal within a couple weeks. I believe I was being poisoned by the increased dose. Had all kinds of tests done, even an Echo cardio test, all came back normal. But I was not ok. I could barely function, was scared to drive, etc. Mine was much more severe than what you're describing though and it didn't happen when I stood up too fast. It would happen if I was just sitting down.
