Would entyvio cause recurring breakouts.

Definitely possible. Contact your doctor to get the antiviral med.
You could try adding L-Lysine supplementation as well.

Very very unlikely....much more likely with the TNF antagnoists....i rem reading that in the large Entyvio trials there was a 0% incidence of HSV2 and associates

For what its worth I take Valtrex daily since I started Azathioprine 3 years ago and especially now on Humira too. Before immunosupresants, outbreaks were as often as monthly without Valtrex... Now I get a few a year and when it happens, double dose for a week.

Again be careful...if you google any symptom or illness related to a drug you will get a link....if you ask anyone on here about similar at least one person will give you bad news....this will only churn up your anxiety and make you feel worse....if you do believe you have an issue here speak to your doctor....not Dr Google nor Dr HW Forum Users!!!!

Damo...can you hold your criticisms of whom to trust or not to trust...you give lots of info, suggestions and opinions...so, fn knock it off. It's up to the OP to make that decision. And yes, it is possible. There are many factors at play as to an HSV1 or 2 outbreak.

I'm particularly interested in responding to posts that are misleading and that raise undue alarm especially to newbie members. So with the utmost of respect...get used to it.

Q, you have to allow people have opinions which differ from you and to be able to challenge your views. You do the same on a lot of posts yet when it is done to you, you are always up in arms about it. Recently when some new members asked about info you wrote the abrupt comment 'search for it in the archive section'. When I was a new member on here you were equally as abrupt to me in a reply.

You have no right above anyone else on this forum and you most certainly do not have the right to tell other people how they should be replying. Michelec and iPoop I think you need to take note of Q's comments here in relation to the Forum Rules which apply and you are tasked at implementing.

Agree. Love that ignore feature. Perhaps the people defending damo don't understand how rude and also just uninformed he or she is half the time. She regularly posted inflammatory, rude responses to me and many others.
