Hope this helps people that are following Dr. Pravdas research.

Thank you for your email. I’m sorry you’re having so much trouble with UC. My paper will be published soon with detailed instructions. Until then your gastroenterologist can call this pharmacy to obtain instructions on compounding the special enema that is part of the therapy (Pravda enema). The decision to use it is up to your doctor.

Diet and lifestyle are very important. You must get enough soluble fiber and avoid alcohol. Drink 1-3 glasses of organic grapefruit juice daily (if allowed by your doctor). Avoid fish that contain mercury (i.e. tuna).

These measures will help lower hydrogen peroxide in the colon.

you are right but for example i use budesonide foam, in it the budesonide does not go into my bloodstream i think in this way there is no problem with it.

The enema is still really worth trying for those who aren't getting results from conventional medicine that they want. I think the GFJ suggestion is meant to be separate. The enema should be the main focus of this thread.

I suspect the reason why DP has no problem recommending GFJ with budesonide is because the quantity of budesonide in the enema is much less than doctors normal prescribe as a rectal med.

i hope Dr. Pravda's paper realy will be a miracle because lot of people waiting for this like the cure ( me too) smile

I'm very wary of the word "miracle" when it comes to medicine. Pravda and others like him are doctors and scientists. The methods are not magical.

Sorry to be critical, but I just think we need to be sensible.
