Had my colonoscopy today.
I read the results while still a little woozy from the seductive and then I forgot to bring it home with me to read properly so I'm working from (no so good) memory but basically it said my bowel looks normal which I guess means I'm in remission?
It noted that 2 polyps were found (1 normal, 1 pseudopolyp) and removed.
So my questions really are if I am in remission why are my bms not as formed as they should be and are the polyps anything I should be concerned about?
How many bowel movements do you have daily now ? Do you have cases where a change in food increasing the number of BM’s ? Right now I’m on Colozal 3/3 times a day and with no urgency, pain and visible blood on the stools I go 2 times a day in the morning and sometimes 3 times depending on food I take (guessing). Some days it is fully formed and very less. Some days formed and non-formed and a mix. It is very challenging to understand how it changes.Usually just the one bm in the morning, sometimes some slight urgency but could hold it I'd I needed. No blood or mucus but they are very thin, sometimes with little form.
Ironically though since the scope they have been alot better.
Food doesn't seem to make any difference.
