Anyone Take Xeljanz During Pregnancy?

My daughter has taken Remicade (worked great,but developed Psoriasis) & now Stelara has failed. She is planning to have child in next 2 years. Her GI talked about Rinvoq, but reluctant because not recommended with pregnancy or breastfeeding. Would appreciate any advice! Thank you.

Can't answer your question but rinvoq is potentially safer than xeljanz, if you have a choice between the two.

I had a quick google. There basically isn't enough data to establish if it's safe during pregnancy.

This is tough. I started Xeljanz a few months ago and it’s working great and I have the same question, though I’m maybe 3 years from more seriously thinking about getting pregnant. I know that Xeljanz basically says “don’t take while pregnant, but if you do let us know how it goes”.
