Find out what meal options your airline will provide, then bring whatever food supplement can safely travel w/o refrigeration. Maybe a natural peanut or almond butter with graham, rice, or soda crackers? Some plain pound cake slices? That choice also depends on any food intolerances you may have, such as dairy. Natural applesauce cups and bananas could help you with hydration/fiber issues; then you need some plastic disposable waste bag, too. Avoid carbonated drinks on plane, if you don't already do that-- to help minimize gas. Be sure to pack your UC med(s) in carry-on bag.
