I used the Entyvio patient assistance program, but I had health insurance and used the co-pay assistance.
It seems more tricky if you don't have stable insurance but they say there are options. It's probably worth calling EntyvioConnect (see below).
To use the co-pay assistance, I used to have to send (mail or fax) in a copy of my EOB and the Claims request form to the entvyio patient assistance program, but then I learned I can list the patient assistance program as my secondary insurance, and the infusion provider billed them after my primary insurance so I didn't have to do anything to receive the benefits.
