I still stop by every so often. But my main interest is diversion colitis,which I think I have solved.

Feed the colon cells from the blood supply.
Acetyl L Carnitine for longer chain fatty acid transport.
Sodium BHB for ketones,skips the butyrate beta oxidation step.
The colonocytes will also use acetate.
Probably a good idea to add in some COQ10.
