Yes! Heat is also very hard on me, as are major barometric pressure changes. I agree that it's helpful to stay very hydrated (with electrolytes, not just water), eat cool melon, and rest while reminding myself that it will pass. I feel even worse when I stress that I'll be stuck like this: it helps me to rest but reassure myself repeatedly that it won't always be like this...I tend to recover faster this way. (In other words, the icky feeling is NOT psychosomatic, but when I stress about it, I add stress to my body's stress response to the heat, and it's a vicious cycle.)
