Some of the first patients on remicade are still in remission after 20+ years, so, it is unknown if everyone will develop antibodies but many (most?) do sooner or later.
Also, another way to tell if a drug is a biologic is from the name... biologics all have "-mab" at the end (remicade =infliximab, humira=adalimumab, stelara= ustekinumb, entyvio=vedolizumab,etc etc). The mab stands for "monoclonal antibody".
JAK-inhibitors have "-nib" at the end of the name (rinvoq = upadacitinib, xeljanz=tofacitinib, etc).
