You know, I never thought of eating 4 causing damage that you just don't feel as much because it's a smaller amount..... Very interesting.

I too eat SCD yogurt and bone broth... Usually daily.

I know people think that food doesn't cause you to flare... But when I eat those foods that upset my system....in an amount that causes noticable stomach upset.... All heck breaks out and my psoriasis gets noticably worse until the upset settles back down.

Holidays are hard for me ... I see all the never ever foods and daydream about sitting down and just stuffing myself with them....

Thanks. I may update this after I try the olives. I even think about steam-cooking to soften them right before eating. I know it doesn’t sound appetising, but with Crohn’s, you gotta do what you gotta do.

Good luck on your holiday quest. That’s harder to deal with for sure.
