Infected Cut - Entyvio, Xolair

I cut the top of my foot and it's looking angrier and angrier.
Doctor Google suggests that both Entyvio and Xolair can have infections as potential side effects.

Anyone else dealt with this?
How much time should I give it?

I tripped and slid down a rocky trail. Just torn clothes except for the top of my foot, 3" long deep scrape.
I washed it with soap and water and ignored it till a day later. It looked fine, but now it's swollen, puffy and red.
I scrubbed, bactined and bandaided.
And now it really hurts, not surprisingly.

My husband wants to rush me to the ER, but I'm for ignoring it till Monday at least.

Opinions?

Puffy and red. If it doesn't look better by Monday or it keeps looking worse I'll call my doctor.

You might have cellulitis in which case you will need antibiotics. Do not mess with cellulitis as it can escalate to intravenous antibiotics and sepsis if left untreated. My mum had this last year and needed 2 rounds of antibiotics to clear the infection (she is fine now).

I drew a line around the red and it's for sure a little better.

Dr says keep doing what I'm doing.
Don't want to rock the carefully balanced precarious boat with any antibiotics.
It's still a little red and puffy but mostly just itchy.
Keep it clean. Keep it wrapped. Follow up.
