I've read on hear how some people are constipated and do not have a bm for days and then people like me who have to go all the time. I usaully have anywhere from 10-12 bms a day ranging from hardly nothing, diarehha, mucas, a little blood, and formed stool.
Here's my situation I'm currently taking 2 Asacol 3x daily and Rowasa or generic type Teva or Tena when needed. My million dollar question is how do I slow my bms down? If I could get down to 4 a day or lower I would be estatic. I've read on here about Immodium or Pepto Bismol, so if anyone out there can help me out w/ any info I sure would be appreciative. When I stress over things I have to all the time and sometimes I haven't even finished swallowing my food and I have to go. I think a part of my problem is mental. It has gotten in my head and I have to figure a way to beat it. I know I've rambled some but thanks in advance for reading and replying to my post.
