Hi Everyone,
I have really bad burn in my gut, on both sides and in the center...
Does anybody else get this and how do you fix it.
I've heard that juicing can help?
Thanks,

Hi...I'm confused as to how juicing would help. Are you flaring? Are you on any meds? Are you eating? Is it like gas pains, dull ache..etc?
Antispasmodics could be of great benefit...
Regarding gut pain...do you mean upper gut or lower gut?
Do you mean just under the ribs around the tummy or where exactly?
Have you called the doctor or enquired about
it in the past..or is this something new?
If you're female, could it be ovulation or maybe even period starting?
Oops, I know YOU asked the original question...just have a few of my own to ask as well..lol!

I have a feeling it might be the inflammation inside.
Carrot juice does help though...

I get that burning also and I was beginning to wonder if it was gastritis. I get it in exactly the same place as you describe, in the ascending, traversing and descending colon. I am also confused by this.
