I've eaten rice puffs before. Rice krispies have sugar
I eat a lot of salt on my chicken and rice, so it should be ok.
I personally have trouble with fruit because it has sugar, but
all this stuff is personal to your own body.
My theory is to try a super-bland diet to get things under control
and then start adding food types back in, one at a time. See
which ones bother you, and which don't.
I take a lot of vitamins too, because I worry about
eating a
balanced diet.
