I just checked my box of Canasa, which sits in my bathroom cupboard. The box says nothing about refrigeration. The suppository plastic covers say:
Store at under 77 degree F (25 Cel). Do Not Freeze.
The idea of freezing them or putting them in the fridge sounds like a cruel joke. Do you think someone at the factory thought, "Gee, I wonder what we can get these poor sick people to do?" lol
I wonder if they had people in warm climates calling to complain about the product melting at "room temp" which was really over 77 degrees, so then they might have added that info.
