I know you don't feel well and are really stressed but please try to think calmly about this. Researchers put hydrogen peroxide in the digestive system of lab animals to make them develop UC - ie. the lab rats get blood and mucous. You are ingesting hydrogen peroxide and then you seem to be wondering why you have blood and mucous.
You really aren't meant to take hydrogen peroxide orally. This article from the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry says that even weak solutions "even a 3% solution is mildly irritating to mucosal tissue and may cause vomiting and diarrhea."

UC is all about our damaged mucosal tissue - we really don't want to damage it any further.
I've done a quick search and there are sites around saying that it can cure anything (even AIDS!?!) but snopes.com did some thorough research into these claims and they say don't take it orally as it damages mucous membranes.

If you feel that yeast is your problem then I'm sure some people on this board can help you out with some diets and non-toxic supplements. Some people have had great success with anti-fungal type treatments. I'm just saying lay off the hydrogen peroxide, it obviously isn't helping you if you still have blood and mucous, plus it has the potential to make things a lot worse for you.
Hope you feel better soon.
