not UC, however....at least they can be seen through C-scope and stool samples.

This is why the "hookworm therapy" treatment confuses me so much. They're nasty little critters and can make you really sick.

It would be a controlled and sterile amount that one would be given....also a remedy to expel them after a period of time before they take hold and cause damage.

Many things in small amounts can kick-start the immune system (think immunisation) to have a small reaction rather than a huge one.

Interesting theories.
