The TNF blockers are meds like Remicade, Humira, and Orencia, right?

Yes, those are the TNF blockers. More and more of them are being developed, because they're proving to be effective with many autoimmune disorders. And it seems they're deciding more and more non-infectious diseases have an autoimmune component to them.
This is especially good news for a UC-er whose mother died from colon cancer.
