Before or After meal?

Before, i was taking Enteric Coated Salofalk 500mg 3X a day and i had taking it AFTER every meal.. which was said by my GI.. But when i got my Generic Asacol 400mg from India, it indicates on the box that i need to take it BEFORE meal... I asked my GI about it, but he still said that i need to take it AFTER meal... because my stomach should be full before taking it... So When do you take your Asacol, BEFORE or AFTER meal?

I try to take all my meds after eating somthing. I don't eat full big meals becuase it kills my stomach. But I also take alot of meds all at the same time, so I just like to clump them all together and take them after i eat. That way you don't risk any of them tearing apart your insides.
