Yeughhh! I hate the taste of Adcal D3 tablets. If, like me, you do, then this is for you:
I kept asking the Docs' and the pharmacist if there was an alternative, to which they invariably replied, 'no'.
I did a bit of research and found there was an effervescent tablet in lemon flavour. I telephoned the manufacturers and they told me this was indeed the case.
Of to the GP's, got them to add it to my repeat prescript
ion and hey presto!
It's delicious!!! Honestly, the difference is fantastic, no more disgusting chalky tablets. I actually look forward to taking them in the morning
Here's a link to the product:

it's called Adcal-D3 Dissolve, and if there is any probs' at the pharmacist (like mine, who still refused to believe you can get this!) then give them this number:
01896-664-000 (manufacturers based in Galashiels, Scotland....see Scotland IS the best country!!!) and they will fill them in.
