Suppose you've been eating bad for a long time, lots of sugar, fried food etc and decide to radically change your diet to say something akin to SCD or some other "good and balanced" low-sugar and low processed food diet.
My question is: Will your body go through withdrawals symptoms before you begin to see the benefits of this change. It seems like an awful big change on the body so I'm just wondering does the body need to adjust before it starts to become healthy inside once again.
I'm not really talking about the "die off" antifungal dietary effect here. Just wondering whether you have to feel bad before you feel good if you do radically change your diet.
