impacted with poo

i went through a stage of puking when i went to the loo and it turned i was feecully impacted with poo in my bowel and i have never felt so ill in my life i lost 2 stone coz i cudnt eat coz i felt so sick and when i did eat my stomach couldnt handle the food coz there was no room for it coz i was so full of poo and i was put on laxatives movicol which is so sick so for anyone who is feeling sick and puking alot and has no appatite at all make sure that ur not constipated coz that was the last thing i that i was coz i went to the loo a lot but didnt pass much so get it checked out coz u can become really ill x
