I know that seafood wise, scallops are easier to digest than shrimp. But where to crawfish fall in the scale?
I know that they do a spicy blend and a not so spicy blend (hooray!). There will always be potatoes too.
Everyone is expecting me to eat this. Which I do want to try. I'm a northerner and they've been waiting months for this! And when I say they're excited for me to try this, I mean it. It's almost weird.
It's an all day affair - the stuff yourself kind (which I know I can't do) - so moderation and chewing well will be key.
Any advice?
