Is it possible that rowasa and lialda can make a flare worse? I swear that I feel worse since beginning these two drugs a month ago. I thought I was feeling better - no blood, less mucus, but now I am starting to wonder.

Some people do have adverse reactions to mesalamine - or the delivery system, which is why there are different meds (Asacol, Colazal, Pentasa, Lialda).
This would be a good thing to discuss wiht your doctor.
