Acidophilus? (or: OMG THIS STUFF WORKS)

Anyone else taking acidophilus? I'm taking it along with my prednisone and today has been the best day since my pseudo-flare last week. I say pseudo-flare because it only lasted a couple days and it was just a little more of the usual. I don't usually have bloody stools, just a lot of diarrhea. I think it's because I stopped taking Aloe Vera, but I digress. I'm taking one 10 billion CFU acidophilus a day, along with my one prednisone, and I only went ONCE today. ONCE. Now, I don't wanna jinx it, but the last time I went once in a day was long before I even got diagnosed. I usually go about 4-5 times a day, one or two of which are at work, which sucks (I work at a sports bar), but I only went ONCE in the morning today, and I've only been taking the acidophilus for about four days.
Anyone else have good experience with acidophilus?

I've been taking acidophilus (lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium lactis) with inulin for a week. 7 billion CFU. Been taking it to control a possible yeast overgrowth and I think it's helping. At least it doesn't make me worse like some other probiotics. I'd like to know other's experiences with acidophilus only.

Yeah....loved the colours. Format changed...can't do much now. Sherry's was very cool.
